Funk Tattoo, in Cicero, NY, is definitely not your everyday kind
of business.
Owned and operated by Jeff Disinger of North Syracuse, Skin Funk
specializes in Tattoos, as the name implies, but does more than
that.
The
Disingers have been in business for 15 years, 2 1/2 years at their
present location. The Cicero store is unique, to say the least.
Great Danes Daphne and Barclay are usually on hand to greet customers.
Whatever
the reason for coming to the studio, Skin Funk's customers are
a diverse group of professionals, Students, Doctors, Lawyers and
Police
who come from as far away as Canada, Ohio, and Virginia.
Dice says that he has as many women
in the studio as men, and he has many customers who want art put
onto clothing, hobby and sports equipment, motorcycles and cars.
